I must say I am always skeptical about downloading softwares and programs. But you guys offer such good prices and everything went perfectly fine! You provide videos on "how to download" the product and everything was fast. I am really happy with the Outlook 2011 for mac!

I had one or two issues downloading, but once I'd received some advice from support I had no issues. Any questions I had where answered promptly. Good all round service.
